The supplier reports a development period of approximately six months. The custom tonal cross-patterned jacquard is woven using high-end custom Bailong yarn, with a clearly defined texture and a fine, smooth hand feel.
According to the supplier, the original garment used 1000 g of filling and had a relatively tight fit. After analysing the pattern and repeatedly adjusting the cut, the supplier increased the padding to a stated 1400 g for a heavier, more structured finish.
The print uses a heat-applied silicone process together with an imported US anti-sublimation base. The supplier explains that polyester-containing fabrics can be prone to dye migration and colour change, so imported materials are used to control sublimation. This printing process is described as substantially more expensive than a conventional rubber-paste print.
The supplier describes the finished fit as loose and defined, with substantial padding that is intended to maintain a shaped appearance without looking overly bulky.
